Daniela is a German/Swiss-trained senior physiotherapist who graduated in 1999 from The University of NOVUM Berlin, Germany, with 22 Years of experience in pediatric and adults Physiotherapy. She has post-graduate training in pediatric cardiorespiratory physiotherapy, Bobath therapy, Vojta therapy, Schroth best practice, craniosacral Therapy (paediatrics and adults), lymphatic drainage, and completed her bachelor’s degree in Neurology for paediatrics and adults. Her neurological experience involves handling cerebral palsy, stroke and spinal cord injury.

Since graduating, she has worked in Germany, UAE and Switzerland with adults and children across hospitals, schools and clinics and specialized in treating paediatrics.

From 2008 to 2019, she was working in Abu Dhabi as Senior Physiotherapist and Chief Senior Therapist at Zayed Higher Organization, Mafraq Abu Dhabi, Berlin Medical and neurological Rehabilitation Center Abu Dhabi and Harley Street Medical Centre Abu Dhabi.

Daniela joined the East Swiss Children hospital in Switzerland St. Gallen from 2019 to 2021, where she worked as head of therapy department with the inpatient team across the pediatric intensive care (PICU) neonatal intensive care (NICU) and the children’s ward as well as seeing children with orthopaedic, neurological or developmental conditions in the outpatient clinic. She exchanged her experience with international doctors and Therapists from all over the world to improve the best rehabilitation and healthcare service for the patients.

After the two years of training and resurges, Daniela is now back based at Harley Street Medical Centre as head of Therapy, providing pediatric and adult’s physiotherapy in a friendly clinic environment.
