It was a wonderful experience, shown by the care and attention of the attending physician, Iyad Issa, and the medical staff, Dr. Iyad, who specializes in endoscopy and gastroenterology. I have been treated with him for ten years, and I feel psychologically comfortable because of the care, attention, and sincerity he provides in his work. Treat the patient humanely. Once, a pill got stuck in my esophagus, and I went to the doctor for a week. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was wrong. I wrote to Dr. Iyad outside the UAE, explaining the symptoms to him via email. And he knew why. Only by e-mail, and when he returned to Abu Dhabi a week later, the pill caused severe inflammation in the esophagus, and he was able to expel it, and I felt that I might die. An entire week was horrible, full of pain. There was no word to express my thanks to our wonderful doctor, may God increase his number of people like him and protect him.
