After a consultation and received 2x injections from ortho Dr. Amjad, I was recommended to have a couple of physiotherapy sessions with Ms. Shreya Singh which started in month of February 2020. During those days the pain was unbearable that I could hardly moved my left arm due to pain in my left shoulder.

First 2 months we had to meet 3x a week and advised to do few exercises at home. Gradually I feel better and can slowly do usual mild activity with my left arm until I get a lot improvement and lot better.

Currently since I’m very much comfortable to move and the pace of movement is back to usual/normal, we only do our sessions once in a week. With the help and advise of Ms. Shreya, I could highly recommend and commend her dedication and sincerity to help and treat her patients to recover from any body discomforts/pains. With this, I’m very grateful. Further, she’s also a nice person.

I have been suffering from a painful hip joint and a limping leg for at least 15 years because of left hip osteoarthritis. I have been to a few physiotherapists over years but without much help.
